Now, I say midweek but I actually mean Thursday, so almost the end of the week and by mini I mean £50 because unfortunately I don't have hundreds of pounds to spend and even if I did, I still wouldn't have enough wardrobe space, oh what I would give for a walk-in wardrobe.
I brought this jumper on a different occasion but from the same store, The Fort, Birmingham. I love jumpers and don't own any Friends style merchandise (unlike my twin sister) so this logo jumper stood out to me. I really like the simple text logo, how soft it feels on the inside and the colour because black is such a versatile colour so I know I will get a lot of wear out of this, perhaps with my New Look Mom Jeans.
My favourite item is this cream jumper, it is super soft, has tight sleeves and a ribbed pattern at the bottom; I picked this up in a size 6 even though I would have preferred size 8 but they didn't have any. I was so eager to find a jumper like this and Primark didn't let me down and this was only £10. As you will see below, I plan to wear this jumper with my New Look denim shirt, a pair of dark blue jeans, cream suede boots and a brown bag.
So, Saturday just gone (20th October) I took another unnecessary trip to Primark in Redditch to try and find a new backpack for the gym but even though I didn't find one, it didn't stop me from buying other items. As you can see, I ended up getting a few bits and bobs: two pom pom beanie hats, a dress and some black tights. I found very similar (if not identical) beanie hats in H&M a week before but I decided to try my luck with Primark and found two that were only £2 each,..urr yes please. I am currently in love with these two colours, nude and burgundy because to me they say autumn/winter style and a cute hat always helps complete an outfit.
I also brought this burgundy swing dress that has a ripped pattern on the waist and sleeves and was only £10. When I first looked at this I didn't think I would like the length, it seemed very long on the hanger but I couldn't be bothered to try it on in-store, if you know Primark you will understand why, but then I felt the material and it was thick and nice quality so I know this will be a comfy, cosy dress for autumn. I plan on wearing this with black tights and ankle boots and one of my two new pom pom beanie's. Unfortunately I wasn't able to find this on the website so I will try and link similar alternatives below from high street and online stores.
